Recently we led a two day Talent Management retreat for a client who wanted team members to have the opportunity to get to know each other better and define their goals for next year. For this off-site meeting we created the theme, activities, team building break out sessions, and arranged for a progressive dinner experience. The client is still raving about the outcomes.
For another client we facilitated a one day meeting bringing 300 people from all over the organization together to acknowledge recent accomplishments and share ideas about how to keep the momentum going in their business.
