If you are responsible for coaching and developing employees, or if you are looking for ways to improve selection and retention of employees, this 2 1/2-day workshop is just right for you. Talent@Work® is for Talent Managers, coaches, and  leaders who want to add valuable tools to their tool kit. Participants learn how to use the four Talent Mastery Assessments in their own management, coaching, selection and development.

After the workshop, you may become certified in the assessments so that you can manage your own assessment center for your organization.

This seminar can be held in your organization or you may attend our public workshop. An added benefit from participating in Talent@Work® is the opportunity to meet other Talent Managers and learn how they are using these tools.  On the second day of the public workshop we host a dinner for participants and prior attendees. This is a great way to expand your professional network as well as your tool kit.

The next public Talent@Work® sessions will be held at the Saucon Valley Country Club, Bethlehem, PA or we can deliver Talent@Work in your organization. If you would like a room at the Saucon Valley Country Club guest house please let us help to make your arrangements.
